May’s Unearthed Arcana – Dungeon Masters Guild Reviews

This month, The D&D team at Wizard’s of the Coast isn’t providing playtest material for us to dig into. For May’s Unearthed Arcana we get a review of the Dungeon Masters Guild content, featured products by  Flying Ape and Stray Chow Chow.

  • Darker Gifts
An expansion for Curse of Strahd written by Igor Moreno, illustrated by Brian Lee and Michael Wolmarans, published by Flying Ape.
  • Druid Circle
Stray Chow Chow offers 3 druid circles: circle of the deathbloom, circle of the fountain and circle of the beast.

I haven’t looked at all of these, but I found the circle of the beast on my own already and had it purchased and printed out already.

If we can’t get playtest material every month, looking at DM Guild content seems to be a good option for filler.
