Okay... All of the features of Weapon of Warning are good just by having it on your person:
1. Advantage on Initiative Roll (do we ever roll initiative?)
2. No surprise for you or your party (do enemies try to sneak?)
3. No one in party will be sleeping through combat (does your party sleep?)

Feature 1 is very useful for the PC, while Features 2 &#038; 3 are powerful as they are the same as an area effect for the adventuring party. And the other plus is that it can be any weapon... dagger, whip, great axe, etc.]]></description>

If it were.non-attunement sure. It might be Sky Blue with a sadistic DM that imposes surprise in every combat, but in general it&#039;s a really weak feature that requires attunement.
