I just found this... Overwatch character builds using OVA: The Anime RPG

Good quote from article:
"Given the fact that Overwatch’s characters range from soldiers, to
scientists to oddities, it seems that a Superhero or Generic RPG would
be a good choice."

There are a ton of right choices for rulesets to run a campaign in an Overwatch inspired setting.

The Overwatch heroes use weapons and have "powers", some with cooldowns, like PCs encounter/short rest abilities. Good ideas above, there are so many class archetypes that would be exciting to bring into a modern/futuritst setting.

Haven't played the game but from the trailer it seems really interesting.

Some reskin of Warforged could work really good in such settings. I could see the Half-Orcs reskined as the Genetically Enhanced Gorillas as well.

The sentence: "...but you might want to look at substitutions such as Technologists/Hackers..." made me think of the Alchemist. Any gun-wielding setting can benefit from the Gunfighter and I saw there are some trappers in the game, i.e. Thornguard Rangers.
