It’s outlined on p. 119-122 of the Player’s Handbook, but if you don’t have access to that book, you can still get the basics by downloading a character generator for Alternity (like this one).

what i’m saying it just use them, don’t have alignment *gasp* yeah I know
you’d have to talk to people/creatures more, and look at them to figure things out rather than cast a spell/use an item and bang decide their fate
also bonds/flaws are tied to the class and story, but not the setting
