Call of Duty Mobile (CODM) is really addictive, but it can be a challenge to master, especially if you’re not used to playing this kind of game. As someone who started playing first-person shooter mobile games from Rules of Survival and PUBG Mobile to CODM, I can say that the adjustment was a bit rough since I’m far from being a pro player. However, I’ve come to love these games as I kept playing them over the years. Before I tried CODM, I was a hardcore PUBG Mobile player. I used to spend hours every day playing that game.
So when I tried CODM, I found the controls to be different and faster-paced. But that didn’t stop me from playing the game. It was also when I realized that choosing the right gun is super important, especially for beginners. Of course, that’s apart from having a fast internet provider (which is the most important thing). Let’s get right into action and talk about our top beginner-friendly CODM guns.
PP19 Bizon
The PP19 Bizon is one of the most beginner-friendly SMGs in CODM. If you’re a beginner, your aim wouldn’t be that good at first, so you will need a lot of ammunition. This gun has a huge magazine by default, so you won’t have to reload as often as other SMGs. It also has a naturally low recoil so it’s a great gun to play with if you’re just learning how to aim, move, and shoot. It doesn’t have a lot of raw power, but with the right attachments, it can be very lethal.
M4
If you’re looking for an assault rifle, you can never go wrong with the M4. Honestly, this is my go-to AR for all the first-person shooting games I’ve played before. It’s often overlooked by experienced players because it doesn’t have an extremely high damage or a fast fire rate. However, they’re missing out on stability. While it varies depending on your chosen attachments, it actually doesn’t have a lot of recoil, and the fire rate is just at the right spot, not too fast and not too slow. It’s actually one of my most-used guns in CODM. M4 + a stable wireless service gets me from Master to Grandmaster in just a few hours.
USS-9
Okay, so here’s the meta gun that many experienced players have been hating on because apparently, it’s being spammed in ranked matches, but honestly, there’s a reason why so many players are using this gun. It’s just that good. And if you’re a beginner trying to get more kills or climb the ranks faster, don’t feel bad about using what works. This gun does damage like an assault rifle, but it shoots like an SMG. Best of both worlds, really. When you have this gun and you have a stable internet service provider, you’ll become legendary in no time.
Grau 5.56
Grau is the gun that doesn’t get enough recognition. But I actually love this gun because it helped me reach legendary a couple of times when no gun worked for me (because of my trash aim). This assault rifle is stable, although the damage isn’t that high. It allows you to aim more accurately and stay locked onto your target without the gun jumping all over the place. This is a great gun for anyone who struggles with recoil and shaky aim like I used to. It’s so consistent, I love it, and the iron sights are just so good.
Conclusion
These are just some of the best guns for beginners in CODM. There are actually a lot of other guns that you could try, depending on your comfort, play style, and skill level. However, if you’re just starting out, you can’t go wrong with these guns. If none of these works for you, you can try out different SMGs like PDW and assault rifles like M13. Good luck, and happy playing!
