Brief description of Theros’ Races & Subraces (Ideal to Show to your Players)

Thumbnail art by Wizards of the Coast

With the release of Mythic Odysseys of Theros we got both new races and subclasses. From those races implemented in the book, only two of them are entirely new. Thus, both of these may not be allowed in all campaign settings to be played. Make sure to talk with your DM before choosing. They carry greatly that theme of Greek mythology Theros is all about.

PS: Note that not all races are allowed in the Theros setting. Those that are allowed only changed lore-wise and will not be added to this article.

PPS: If you want to check out the new subclasses added in with the Mythic Odysseys of Theros book, make sure to check out THIS ARTICLE

PPPS: The centaur, minotaur, and triton races’ description can all be found in THIS ARTICLE

Let’s start with the list, shall we?
